KNIVES
The long-standing tradition of Japanese knives, together with design and new trends in gastronomy, have given rise to a new collection of precise, powerful knives with ergonomic shapes. These knives are inspired by the traditional Japanese knives and made using top quality materials, state-of-the-art technology and hand finishing:
- 301 Japanese steel
- Triple-layer blade made from molybdenum vanadium steel
- Triple-honed into the traditional Japanese V-shape

There are many types and sizes of knives, but these are the ones that are used most frequently in the El Bulli kitchen, where food preparation involves the utmost precision.

K250 Small Chef Knife

K335 Bread Knife

TOOLS

T200 Pocket Spatula
A small pocket spatula with a centimeter ruler which acts like an extension of your fingers when it comes to handling products. Extremely useful for handling and plating small food items. Length: 200 mm.

T300 Large Spatula
For handling large pieces of food on the griddle or in frying pans. The holes help drain the cooking liquid (oils, sauce, etc.) and the raised edge makes it more secure when carrying and plating cooked or raw foods.

T305 Plus Tongs
For careful handling of food during the cooking process, whether grilling, griddling, or frying. The perfect utensil for easy food handling due to the serration on one handle, a hole on the other, and a special non-slip section.
